The name of this station is: "I buy Meta Alloys for 1,2M" (deciat system),. It means they are buying. I want to sell. Yesterday there was such an opportunity, but I did not sell it. I wanted to land at the station where the engineer is, but I have no idea who, but they shot me down. And I lost my entire load. I picked it up again, I came back and I can't sell.

Felicity Farseer is the engineer in Deciat on planet 6A, Farseer Inc being the planetary base. When you say you can't sell, have you tried through the Secure Trading module or are you just going to the Commodities Market?

Most likely because their buy order was completed already and they did not change the carrier name. (They may not have logged in etc etc.) There is no connection between the carrier name and the actual market. I could call my carrier ”Get your free Meta-alloys here” and charge max price.

. And I wanted to sell for a profit and now I have to sell this in the normal market. Is this stuff good for something besides the engineer donation?

First let's call it a Fleet Carrier (if it is one) versus frigate or station. Less confusing.

If selling is the goal then rename the FC to "I sell Meta Alloys". Let the buyers see
the cost once they dock then decide. Make sure trading is setup to sell.

As for getting shot down and losing cargo that is obviously a normal game ship.

I found a Fleet Carrier in Deciat with that name. It also had a squadron name, "Giving
Free Meta Alloys". If that is you it gets more confusing.

If you try to land a Felicity's place in Open - yes, it's a known ganker hotspot. Unless you're prepared for PvP, your chances of getting to the base alive are slim.
The other thing is, of course, if you don't have the invitation from the FSD lady, the base itself will treat you as hostile and shoot you down, should you dare to approach.

As for that carrier - as others have already said, the carrier name may simply be misleading; there are multiple reasons even if they once bought MAs for the buy order not to be valid any more. MAs themselves are also useful to unlock Crrosion Resistant Cargo Racks and Meta-Alloy Hull Reinforcements at a tech broker.
