Meta Quest 3 - another scene flashing through

Hi, I wonder if anyone could help me with this issue:
When I start the game and the menu loads up, a different scene starts flashing through.
This keeps happening even after I spawn in my ship.

I had this exact same problem on my Pico 4U before I got rid of it. I had some setting turned up too high and I can't for the life of me remember whether it was in the game the driver or in SteamVR/VD/PicoConnect. Not very helpful for which I'm sorry. The only reason I mention it anyway is to put the settings down in all of them and then it's the horrible, tedious process of only adjusting some of them in one go. Also, it only happened if I was using the Pico headset. With the Reverb G2 this hasn't happened... yet.
