Newcomer / Intro Metallic VS Metal rich, how do I distinguish them?

I'm trying SO hard to get into mining, it's not easy... I've finally found like 4 systems with pristine reserves and metallic rings but.... they all have god damn metallic AND metal rich rings, how do I tell which one I'm actually in?

I spent like 2 hours just trying to find these systems, and now I can't mine them because no matter where I go I seem to be in the metal rich part (50:50, instead of 75:25)

I found out. The rings are labeled relative to their distance from the planet.

A ring is closer than B ring. So just go to the planet, identify 2 rings, and then use their distance to identify them further. A ring is the inner ring, and B ring is the outer ring.
