Welcome to the Grand Opening of "México"!

Hey everyone! I am spanish and I am the creator of PortAventura Park in Planet Coaster 1!

I’m thrilled to share the first look at my theme park project, starting with its very first attraction: "El Espíritu del Cenote" – a thrilling roller coaster set deep within the mystical Aguas Sagradas area, inspired by the beauty and legends of the cenotes.

A Sneak Peek at the Park​

To kick things off, here’s a shot of the entire park so far! You can spot the Aguas Sagradas area in all its glory, with El Espíritu del Cenote as the star, and the Río Bravo area currently under construction. Lots more to come, so stay tuned!

About "El Espíritu del Cenote"​

This coaster takes riders on a spiritual journey through the depths of a cenote, blending thrilling launches, immersive theming, and storytelling. Here’s what you’ll see in today’s photos:

The Ride Exterior: The coaster snakes around lush jungles, stone structures, and water features, offering a stunning visual from every angle.
Queue Line: Wind through the temple ruins and explore hidden chambers, with water effects and subtle details that bring the cenote legend to life.
Launch Zone: The coaster’s big moment! Riders are launched through dark caverns and past cascading waterfalls before soaring through the sacred cenote.
Entrance Area: Themed as an ancient Mayan-inspired temple, where adventurers begin their journey. Covered in vines, carvings, and mystery…

The Mexican vibe instantly made me have the soundtrack of Chiapas in my head, my favourite Mexican-themed water ride located in German themepark Phantasialand. Which is a compliment because your Mexican vibe looks really good, with a lot of colour, and tropical and mysterious vibes to it. I love it!

New Adventure Unveiled: La Danza del Jaguar

Hello, everyone! Today, I’m excited to take you deep into the heart of México, where the newest thrill ride awaits: La Danza del Jaguar!

The Legend of the Jaguar​

Inspired by ancient Mayan mythology, La Danza del Jaguar invites guests to join the sacred "dance" of the jaguar spirit, the revered guardian of the jungle and the underworld. Spinning and swaying to the rhythm of the wild, you’ll feel the raw energy and mysticism of this powerful creature. Only the most daring will keep up with its hypnotic movements!

The Ride and Its Surroundings​

Located in the vibrant Aguas Sagradas area, the flat ride is surrounded by immersive details that bring Mayan culture to life:

• The Entrance: Step through a rustic fence designed like an ancient enclosure, as if the majestic jaguar is just beyond, watching. The natural textures and mysterious carvings around the area set the tone for the thrilling ritual that awaits!
• The Ride: Set against the backdrop of lush greenery, the spinning ride recreates the exhilarating, unpredictable energy of the jaguar spirit’s dance. Perfect for thrill-seekers!
• Mayan Ruins: Nearby, you’ll discover crumbling remnants of an ancient Mayan structure. Overgrown with vines and moss, these ruins serve as a solemn reminder of a civilization’s mysterious past.

A Hidden Gem: The Sacred Temple​

Separate from the ride area but still within Aguas Sagradas, you’ll find the majestic Sacred Temple. This well-preserved structure is covered in vibrant vegetation, blending harmoniously with the surrounding jungle. Inside, a serene sacred fountain awaits, believed to bless visitors with fortune and tranquility. It’s the perfect spot to pause, reflect, and soak in the mystical energy of the park.

Dine with a View​

Close to the temple, there’s a cozy restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. Enjoy authentic flavors of México while gazing at the temple and the lush jungle landscape. It’s a peaceful escape, whether for a casual lunch or a romantic evening meal.

Exciting Update for El Espíritu del Cenote!

Hello, theme park enthusiasts!

I'm thrilled to share some progress on the El Espíritu del Cenote roller coaster in the Aguas Sagradas area of México!

New Supports Installation:
The coaster is one step closer to completion as new supports have been installed, ensuring both safety and elegance.

Directional Signage:
Visitors will now find beautifully themed signs around the area, clearly marking the entrance to El Espíritu del Cenote

Stay tuned as El Espíritu del Cenote continues to take shape! Your journey into the depths of the sacred cenote is coming soon.

Park Update: Welcome to Río Bravo!

I'm excited to share a new look at Río Bravo, one of the most thrilling areas of the park. Inspired by the wild frontier, this land blends arid landscapes with the unpredictable waters of the river, creating an unforgettable adventure.

This area features:
A massive wooden roller coaster, "EL PASO" roaring like the wind over the canyon.
An exciting log flume, "LA ALDEA" taking riders through the river’s wild rapids.
A thrilling flat ride, "LA RUEDA" perfect for family fun.

Exploring the Entrance to Río Bravo!

Río Bravo is a once-thriving Mexican village near the U.S. border, now shaped by the many challenges it has faced throughout history. From the dangers of the roaring river to the struggles of its people , every attraction in this area tells a unique story of resilience and adventure.

El Paso – The Most Dangerous Escape from Río Bravo!

Welcome back, adventurers! Today, we bring you El Paso, our thrilling wooden roller coaster that recreates one of the most intense stories of Río Bravo.

The Story
The people of Río Bravo are under attack by ruthless bandits. Their only chance to escape is to cross El Paso, a narrow and dangerous mountain pass. With all their supplies and belongings, they must navigate this treacherous path while bandits lurk and the rough terrain threatens to send them tumbling down.

The Experience
There’s no turning back! The coaster launches you at high speed through narrow canyons, across old wooden bridges that creak under the weight of the train, and around sharp, gravity-defying turns. But the danger doesn’t end there! Gunshots echo in the distance , rocks crumble from above , and the path becomes increasingly perilous. Only the bravest will make it through El Paso and escape the bandits.

Will you survive the escape, or fall into the ambush?

La Aldea ("The Village") – A Thrilling Adventure in Río Bravo ​

Welcome to La Aldea, a water ride located in the Río Bravo area of the park! This exciting log flume takes visitors on a journey through a scenic yet perilous river, featuring two thrilling drops—a small one to build excitement and a final big splashdown for an unforgettable ending!

The Story Behind the Ride​

Deep in the heart of Río Bravo lies a peaceful village, hidden away from the dangers of the outside world. However, disaster is approaching—an unexpected flood threatens to destroy La Aldea! As one of the brave villagers, you must navigate the raging river aboard a wooden log, racing against time to warn your people before it’s too late! Along the way, you’ll encounter lush landscapes, rustic buildings, and the roaring waters of the canyon, all leading up to the final daring escape!


With its immersive theming, thrilling yet family-friendly drops, and a story full of adventure, La Aldea is a must-ride attraction in Río Bravo. Are you ready to face the rapids and save the village?

Latest update on the Río Bravo area! Next step: San Esteban!

In this update, I’m excited to share the queue area and theming of the village at Río Bravo! The attraction’s entrance sets the tone for an immersive experience, while the queue winds through a village on the verge of disaster. As you wait, you’ll see the homes of worried villagers preparing for the incoming flood.

Today, a new area of the park begins! The town of San Esteban, with a long history of disputes over a gold mine , is about to come to life…

Once upon a time, there was a prosperous town nestled in the mountains of the Mexican desert . Its inhabitants, upon discovering a rich vein of gold , joined forces to extract the precious metal, giving rise to a great mine that brought wealth and prosperity to the region . For years, the community flourished, and the town grew around the mining activity .

However, everything changed when the mayor, after a series of bad decisions and disastrous management, led the company to bankruptcy . With the mine shut down and the town’s economy devastated, its inhabitants were forced to leave, abandoning a place that was left nearly in ruins , where only desert dust and memories of better times remained .
Messages from villagers when things went wrong:

The townspeople’s anger soon became evident : the mayor’s house and that of his brother, who was also involved in the mismanagement, were covered in graffiti filled with reproaches and messages against them . These marks of indignation still remain on their facades, reminding everyone of the dark chapter that nearly destroyed the town .

Five years ago, the town's fate took an unexpected turn when an influential Mexican tycoon, known as "El Gobernador" , decided to invest in the old mine. With an ambitious vision , he founded the Desert Mining Corporation S.L., bringing back activity and hope to the community . Thanks to his arrival, the town rose from the ashes, regaining its vitality and once again becoming a thriving center of work and commerce in the heart of the desert .
