Zarek Null is officially invited to take on the president in an honorable duel for galactic supremacy. The weapon of choice is precisely 100 tons of biowaste containers.

Be aware that the president has a very loose grip on the concept of honor, unfortunately. Or the idea of fighting fair. Or the idea of a duel. Or the idea of biowaste, for that matter.

Relax, it's just satire and a bit of good fun. No need to get your futuristic pants in a twist.

Believe it or not, some of the folks behind this - admittedly somewhat idiotic - endeavor are dealing with living in a far, far worse situation, both politically and economically than what's currently going on in the US. Having a laugh at the expense of El Caudillo del Mar-a-Lago is a neat little diversion. The jokes basically write themselves, at the very least.

Having said which, Elite is a game that leans heavily on pretend politics, if you haven't noticed. Minor factions, BGS, not to mention The Abominable Powerplay. Unless you've strapped a toilet to your acceleration couch and gone off doing nothing but exploring since the game released, that is, in which case - carry on.
