(micheal brookes ) terraforming candidates

Hi micheal just wondering there are a lot of terraforming candidates that dont yet have outposts and terraforming colonies in place, are there any plans to begin adding new terraforming worlds, in systems with high trade, wealth/SOL/Economic pre reqs being met, faction influence or just galnet events driving slow expansion of the human universe. How soon is it planned to begin this feature of teh game following the LHS boom event

I have never seen "terraforming candidate" planets before now a lot of systems I visit have them. Maybe I just wasn't traveling far enough?
