Can you please make a module or an engineering modification that allows you to jump into hyperspace to trek between stars in multi-star systems?
I know space is big, and more time in it allows for more RNG events to be encountered...but 7-10 minutes of real time travel to a known, mapped position in a system I've already scanned the nav beacon in is excessive.
Already, if I'm 3000+ LS away from the entry point in a system and need to fly back to a station near that entry-point or whatever, I just jump to another close system and then jump back. Takes 30 seconds versus 5-10 minutes.
A variation on this could be allowing us to set our own entry-point in a system. Allow any star to be an an executable entry point, allow me to select which one I want if I use the system map, and then allow me to bypass the excessive traveling. Space is big and full of ionizing radiation. The less time I spend in it the less cancer.
Why do you want to give me space cancer?
