The judge is slamming former Conservative prime minister Stephen Harper for Duffy's crimes that most wealthy elite criminals can get away with. Obviously, Harper will get away with this as well, just like how the people on the Panama Papers list won't be charged. Right now, many wealthy people are under attack with even the most proof of obvious crimes -- and yet there are no charges. Something is going on out there that can't be explained by words, and has gotten very aggressive. Now, Duffy isn't a police officer, but in most cases when a police officer fatally shoots someone, they are given paid administrative leave with video proof of obvious murder... and you wonder that paid administrative leavings are secret assassination payments.
