Hi CMDR's, i have been all over trying to find mil-grade bulkheads for my Cutter but every station i've been to doesn't carry them. Could someone point me in the right direction please?

A quick search on https://eddb.io/station shows that MacKellar Hub in V374 Pegasi had them, as of 2 hours ago.
You can do your own search to find a closer place to where you are, most likely. Just enter the module (Military Grade Composite Imperial Cutter), and a reference system, and off you go. Be sure to check how old the data is, this is all player-submitted data.

Of course with your being at the stage of the game that you're flying a Cutter, you ALMOST certainly know by now (and assuming you don't have more money than you know what to do with and don't care about the cost), it'd be to best to find them in a Li Yong Rui controlled system, to save 15% off the price...
Of all the ship upgrades, i rarely install new bulkheads on larger ships (in particular once i got a Python, i said "How much?!"), because of their shocking cost, of course generally about the original purchase price of the ship flying them for the military bulkheads and they don't increase your hull health THAT much anyway, to justify their super high price

Thanks for the insight, i did in fact look in Li Yong space, specifically at 109 Piscium and Lembava but had no luck. Im not worried over the cost, ANY amount o protection to me is worth it, that little bit more could mean the difference between a rebuy and limping home. Thanks.

If you are flying a Cutter and do not yet have the Founder's World permit, WT actual F? Jameson Memorial Station in the Shinrarta Dezhra system usually has all modules and all ships available and at a 10% discount.

You can only buy bulkheads for a Cutter from a station that sells a Cutter. It's like that with all ships. Also I would go with the Reactive Surface Composite and a few hull reinforcements all engineered so you have all positive resistances against the damage types. It will save you when you meet shield killing gankers.

Yes, but the reactive surface composite is the most expensive one. For the iCutter it's unbelievable 492 millions which will add around 25 million to your rebuy as well.
As far as i remember, hull for iCutter is sometimes very rare and not available in LYR space, but i CAN have changed. A sure bet is, like others mentioned, Founders World. You'll get everything there with 10% discount.

As LYR typically doesn't occupy Imp space, which is the only place you'll get cutters, it's not always that a LYR station actually sells the bulkheads.
Shin Dez and the 10% discount is the only reliable source really.
