If you are sick and tired of tyranny in the galaxy and want to stand up for your right to serve your local Allied minor factions, join the Military Militia. No, I'm not sure if you are required to help but the pact is very much about if your home system gets attacked you are to help. If Khan was to be attacked again.. you get the point.

Corvos is also trying to reform themselves back to piracy and PvP. I can't say with certainty but I don't think anymore 'Burn Eravate' events will be occurring.

I can possibly trust Karmas but there are a lot of Corvos members I wouldn't trust with a random cat from the street.

Jambo also did point this out, Corvos got a station back in Khan. Seems like a good idea to start an alliance?
