Military Ranking not responding

My military rank has been halted & will not advance even with Navy missions completed. I have submitted a ticket but i thought i would share here too. Has anyone else had the same issue either in horizons or odyssey?

Federation ranks bugged (Not progressing after completing navy missions)

I've been grinding fed transport and fed navy missions (rank up missions) for hours repeatedly and keep getting in-game mail saying I've reached chief petty officer yet my rank lists 100 percent on both and lists 'Petty Officer' no matter what I do or how many fed navy missions I take to rank...

log out of odyssey. Log into Horizons and complete promotion mission. log back into Odyssey. Ranks should be normal.

I did exactly that and still shows i am a Squire in Horizons. Logged in to Odyssey after update 4 and now tells me im Earl then get another message saying im Squire, then in comm notifications i get the message saying i have been promoted to Knight.
