I went to a military strike zone a patch or two ago, and it didn't look like the number of kills on my stats panel was increasing; however I was getting merits/bonds. Also don't think I received any money/credits for the kills. Has that changed or been fixed, or maybe I had a bug?
Well, I answered my own question. For those who didn't already know, kills in a Military Strike Zone do count towards your Combat rank (my % progress has been going up), however, the kills are not included in either of the kill counts on your stats page (combat bonds or bounties). Makes sense, but maybe the devs will add another summary line for Mil Strike Zone kills?
