I've been searching everywhere for these things and am starting to worry that there is a bug and they don't exist right now. I've searched signal sources and bases (missions) in about half a dozen systems in War trying to find them and nothing. Anyone have any tips? Anyone see these recently? Do they actually exist? I've been collecting Engineering materials for the past week and these little, uh, "guys" aren't anywhere to be had.
Well apparently all I had to do was ask - within 10 minutes of logging in today I found a High Grade Emissions USS and when I dropped in holy crap, 4 military supercapacitors (so 12). As I only needed 4 it gave me extras for several roles.
It was in a war state system so I suppose patience is the only way to find these things...
