i'm waiting on my vid to load to YouTube, so here's some info.
1. Mines do blow apart the drone swarm.
2. The drone swarm has a limited time of life (like limpets).
3. You can out fly them and stay ahead of them. (ahh time to drop the mines).
4. The Thargoid ships like to flip a lot.
5. The Thargoid ships will fire another set of Drones after awhile.
6. They shoot missiles, multi-cannons and cannons (the vid shows an arc) and possibly a short range blaster.
7. I lasted ten minutes for all this info I collected. I could of lasted longer but I was pushing it.
8. Scanner was not very helpful. I probably forgot to get a lock. (very busy staying out of the drones way)
9. First time to try the Big Boy Technique of dropping mines. (I sucked)
10. Just found this out. With silent running on, you can get right up next to them.
