is the T7 the first size ship that can have more than 6 bin refinery? or am I missing something?

Any ship can have a 6bin or more. It depends on the class size you buy, a class 3 A refinery has 8 bins

Class 3 internal can have 7 and 8 bin if A or B grade. Which means a Cobra could easily take one.

wow I really missed it. looks like if I can get alone with 3A shield generator I am gold for 4A refinery. Assuming I can acutally find a 4A. ty very much for opening my mine.

Yeah, just remember a 4A refinery costs 4,5 mil credits.

The one I used in my Cobra for a long time was the 4C at 500,000Cr for 7 bins.

thx again. I want to try the 10 bin. if it is not much better I will go for an 8/9. tired if trading out all the minerals. or just lazy maybe.

ok..I am looking at industrial economies for A4 or now whatever gives 8 bins. should I be looking at high tech instead? not finding any a4's or my setup can't use them. not sure which.

A3 gets you 8 bins. you need to search using a slot than can accept a size 3 or above. You can use your shield slot to check whether its there.

4B gets you 9 bins. Thats enough for every ore that drops out of the pristine metallics without the need to vent anything out of hopper because you're out of bin room. Its also 3 million cheaper than the 4A with 10 bins, and the 10th bin is useless unless you goto metal rich or less.
