Mining Hotspots : add discovered ones to System Maps

It's currently impossible to remember "where is what" after prospecting Gas Giant Asteroid Rings, which means oldschool lists/spreadsheets are required.
Currently, even a fully Mapped (Body + all Asteroid Rings) Gas Giant will state : Locations : None

Suggestion :
- add Mining Hotspots discovered from Mapping Asteroid Rings to System Map

That'd make finding desired Hotspots again much easier for Miners.
