Done a lot in Colonia, mainly in Jaques station. Mainly MMC's, Bromellite, Lithium Hydroxide and Osmium, but there was other requests for lower priced minerals and chemicals as well which I did not have available on my carrier.
I was not doing mining missions, I had just made a note of what was being asked for prior to a carrier mining trip and adjusted my "catch" to accommodate it.
I do not know about systems and states, but it may well be worth a good look at the mining commodity prices on INARA, looking at the quantities and the prices that some carriers are willing to pay for certain commodities on a regular basis, be careful some of the high priced stuff may be being used for money transfers between accounts.
