Mining Osmium

Osmium has no hotspots, so question is does anybody know if certain other hotspots have more or less Osmium?

Plenty outside hotspots, just go mining.

Delkar 7 A-ring is where I used to get it, but you can use any of the search tools to find planets with pristine metallic rings, where there should be Osmium. If you're in Colonia and need it for the engineer there, there's loads in the rings right outside Jacques station (A-ring).

Not aware of it being 'piggybacked' unannounced in higher amounts in any other kind of hotspot as asked by OP, as others have said it's just pristine metallics and hope.

metallic rings will yield a lot of osmium (25-30%). Get the platinum and the painite too

Yep. I want platinum to make billions, but ........ Osmium is needed for missions. The one I know of wants nearly 700 ton. Lotsa rock lasering. LOL.
