Mining, problem with limpets

I was mining and prospector and collector limpets were working well i collected 57 tons of metals Painite, osmium and palladium took me 1.5 h. When i was leaving to sell my cargo i powered collector limpets controller down from modules menu and then all my cargo ejected itself. And because this stupid 20 cargo container per instance i lost 37 tons of high value metals.

Try to reproduce this after collecting some cheap fragments.
