I just hopped on the discount train and bought the Clipper. Thinking about making her a deluxe miner. Loadout suggestions anyone?

This one seems much better. Fuel Scoop is not really useful in a miner, unless you like the exotic and unprofitable long distance mining.
At least one chaff is also better than only shield booster IMO
A-rated power distributor will go nicely with 2 mining lasers.

I would still get more collector limpet controllers. With 2 medium mining laser 4 collectors will not even catch up. Or only go with one medium mining laser, if you plan to pop pirates while mining.

Yep, .... 1 collector limpet controller isn't enough ... I substituted the prospector limpet controller with another collector limpet controller and added a class 1 prospector limpet controller.

Soooo now it's the fanciest and most effective miner of all! :-D
