Minor faction mission types

I have been working on a Anarchy based minor faction with a few mates, going well and just shy of being allied with them, but last few days all the combat missions have gone and only missions i can find for the faction are trade ones ( i'm in a full combat ship with no cargo).

swapping between stations and planet bases over 2-3 days in the system and still nothing but trade ?

Is this a bug or is it just a cycle we have to go through and actually do some of the trade missions to re-spawn combat ones ?

Missions vary based on faction type (ie pirates ect) and their 'state'(boom, civil unreast ect) so if you don't find missions you like in your area head to another system in a state that you like.(war, civil war ect)
