Komotae system. It was Independent, it is Independent now, but recently a player faction named "order of the crow" was placed there, with system description changed to "home to order of the crow ...". Faction is imperial. However, one of the minor faction limitation policies says: "No allegiance swapping. Your desired minor faction has to be pledged to the same Superpower as the system's Superpower."
In-game superpower efforts to take control of Independent systems is pretty "up to the lore". But this one, without ability to force them to go and with their imperial description on Independent system, goes straight against policy. Like it's no free imperial systems in their space.
p.s. New to forums, don't know where to address complaints of this kind. But this looks like superpower expansion via "hand of god".
