Minor Faction Request: Moonshiner\Bootleggers
Umm... Although you can't necessarily change the mission board RNG, there is nothing stopping you from making a minor faction that does all of the above. Perhaps an Anarchy government in a system that produces lots of liquor for you to trade. Might require a little role-playing because it wouldn't be very profitable but it's all possible.
You have the ability to create your own minor faction and have it placed in game but there are some things you need to know. You must have a player group of 10 or more in order to apply, the process then has a lot of rules for where you can/cannot request things and finally it takes a long time before you'll see your faction in game. My group has been waiting for almost 4 months now and if anything that's a short time compared to some groups. Frontier also ask for a reference point for your group to make sure you have the numbers you claim. Any site can be used as a reference but I recommend this one: INARA
I'll also warn though that starting and running a group can be more work than you'd think.
I don't view a bootleg liquor outfit as a threat to my groups membership so if you need help then just ask. Mind you, we are feds here so make sure you pay the correct 'taxes' or we'll have problems
