minor issue to consider please

Concerning the particle affect, those lights that gives you a sense of speed, when you fly...

can you please consider in the future add a command to make them appear-disappear with a key?
I understand they are quite useful while using flight assist or DFing, but when you do not need them, IMHO they just ruine a wanderfull view.

I feel much the same way with all the orbital lines etc. in Supercruise.

As they don't affect game play, my guess would be that your issue and mine will be made optional in a later build. :)

its been suggested to have a slider to adjust the intensity.

But the problem is that you may need it under certain circumstances, as I stated in OP like when using "Flight Asist off". So in that situation you would need a toggle command, not a slider...

Yes, this. what purpose do they really serve? I can't tell if what I'm approaching is on the near or far side anyway half the time. I'd really like to just turn them off.

I would like to purely tone down the particle effects - they are way too intensive, a slider would be ideal staring at zero.

I like the super cruise effects and they do have a use, they help to identify orbits which assist with aim and alignment of the ship, but again an option to have these off or on would be great for some people.

No, belive me. When you fly "newtonian", I mean, your nose pointing somewhere else from where you spaceship is actually going ("flight assist off") it is really usefull. But I would like to turn it on just then...

I wonder if they'll be forced off in unexplored systems?
