Currently im out to deliver some rares to a new engineer , I get to the port but there is a cutter there with hatch breakers flying about ... being catious I give him a wide berth but he begins to fire hatch breaker limpets which some manage to get through. I managed to take out a couple but some get through my shields and begin to malfunction my cargo hatch.
Upon losing some commodities I was hit with a few fines for dumping commodities which I am a bit perplexed by as ....
1. Clearly im dumping them as I have no choice.
2. It was a pirate attack (relatively minor I agree) so atleast let a poor soul off with the fines or have the port back them up a bit lol.
3. I now have no way to pay off the fines as im in an engineers base.
anyone care to share some input or a workaround (one preferably without the use of suicidewinders).
edit: im in a cutter myself and heavily modded so im not griping about being robbed but more on the penalties which were well beyond my control.
