Minor QoL fix: audio feedback when surface scanner changes status

Typical surface scanning is by flying up to the body until the surface scanner changes from 'out of range' to 'too fast', or in best case, switches to ready.

Keeping visual track of this is somewhat intense, especially as out-of-range and too-fast both are red text: having to glance at the scanner status does not exactly improve the cognitive load.

Suggestion: add some kind of audio feedback when surface scanner is enabled and changes status: to 'out of range' (disapproving burp, perhaps), to 'too fast' (something a little more encouraging), and to 'ready' state (... ding-dong in some major key :)

Alternative: change the colour coding of 'too fast' text to something different than red, which also would help making it easier to distinguish the two different states.

Don't take my suggestions too seriously, but anything that lowers the visual load would be useful.
