I know its an april fools but being able to use your ship as a proper ambulance with speciality cabins would be neato. Maybe even let us land or umbilical with installations/megaships.

That one is a quote from FFE. The Mirage II was not available in the game, but it was mentioned in a news article.

Joe Merion used it in an attempt to rescue Mic Turner.
