Not only are they overly expensive and do not a lot of damage but the power requirments is silly. It's 1.2mw of power per class 2 launcher. :/

Holy balls that's almost as much as a plasma accelerator. These things should be practically free in my opinion, definitely not more than kinetics of the same class.
