(This was going to be about friendly fire...then ended up being crime related...sorry mods if it is in the wrong place, feel free to move)
I was using a Heat Seeking missile to finish up a target...security was thicker than necessary and i didn't want them to kill steal my bounty (which has happened before). Like flies on dog poo they swarmed over my target (a fight in which i was clearly winning...but thanks?). My missile hits and i get my bounty award...then immediately after "ASSAULT!!! ..........KILL HIM OMG
HE HATES COPS AND TRIED TO BLOW ME UP JUST NOW WITH WITCHCRAFTS" (ok i embellished a bit here, but you get the point)
First, i am friendly with the security ...i mean they are green to me. I take out this creep pirate who was obviously a pain to the system he had 65k Bounty. Yet some idiot cop flys into my target and gets his shield scrapped and i get a 200 bounty KOS assigned to me.
What is the solution....if the authorities show up just let them finish the job? I was too sloppy with my timing? Thanks for any suggestions or comments.
