Missiles need to be rebalanced

Anti shield missiles with some kind of thermal warhead, in both flavours, guided and dumbfire would be a cool addition.
 
I love using Missiles. I think they are better than cannon or multi-cannon for pvp purpose. If you could remove your opponent shield, missiles are deadly weapon better than plasma acc or railgun. They are just difficult to use if your opponent try to boost away or have point defence turrets. Some people have difficult time to remove opponent shield so they don't have chance to use missiles. Some also have hard time locking on a target because of close combat so people expect an expensive missile should hurt like hell when it made a hit.

More buff more people i could kill :D

If I can request I would like to have Class 3 missile launcher.

Ya, they add large and huge missiles, only soon to nerfed, cuz they goona be over kill.

Just look, Conda with that huge launcher + 3 large, probly would one-salvo OHK python size vessel with it. I can see future with them... forums cryin full of pll who thinks anything is onesided.

Personaly would like to have such anaconda Bomber for my self for lulz or teachin.

I've actually been using missiles quite a bit on the imperial courier for some time now.

I enjoy them for the experience - one med beam laser in the middle two fully loaded seeker launchers on the nacelles, a bubble canopy (I sit way too low and towards the back, but still...) and Top Gun here I come - just the perfect experience after swinging around my oiled beerboobs not playing beach volleyball after a hot summers day.

But let me compare them to 2 gimballed cannons:

- Skill required to aim: None for both (draw).
- Ammo Count: Cannon 100, C2 Missile Launcher 24 (Cannon).
- Grid usage: Over twice as much for Missiles (Cannon).
- Abiilty to target subsystems: Cannons only (Cannon).
- Immunity to point defense: Cannons.
- Immunity to chaff: Missiles.
- Time to lock for Missiles vs gimballed Cannons gimballing in: Cannons.
- Immunity to launched heat sinks: Cannons (not sure if that was changed though).
- Damage to shields: Appeared to be higher for Cannons, but I don't have the numbers to back it up (Cannons?).


Anyway - I still use missiles because gimballed weapons crosshair wobbling make me want to punch my HUD, but really Seekers wouldn't be OP compared to gimballed Cannons even if they had three times the ammo, ability to target Subsystems and a third of the current grid usage.
