its been a while since i've flown an Asp so i can't be sure but if you look at the details of the slot the distributor is in it has a number attached too it, that number corresponds to the largest size piece of equipment you can install.

Oikawa City has lots of top A upgrades for the asp.

Yep.
The Asp can only take a Class A4 power distributor.
The Founder's World has everything if you have a permit, otherwise Altair is pretty good for high end stuff.
