Missing ARX and cosmetic items

o7 cmdrs! Yesterday i bought some ARX from the frontier store. Immediately afterwards i bought some cosmetic items, it seemingly checked out.

However after that purchase my balance went way below what i had bought and i have not recieved my items in the game, neither do they appear as owned on the store. It’s been almost a day now. Frontier support has been contacted.

But i’m curious, have anyone else encountered such a problem before? The ARX purchase itself went through and my balance changed accordingly, so it’s not the arx purchase that failed. It all went to hell when i purchased cosmetics for ARX.
Google only finds problems related to steam, however i bought the ARX directly from the store. It’s a very strange issue.
