Missing Arx

I had over 3000 arx now on the start screen my arx balance is zero,There is a message saying "Failed to redeem outstanding Arx" Hopefully it is just a glitch.Anyone else had this happen

Same here 2000arx have gone the game said cant update info for arx

It's an ongoing issue that Frontier is aware of. I put in a support ticket and got a response back yesterday, they said it has to do with Xbox Live going down a couple of days ago and although Live seems to be working there are still issues with connectivity. For some reason Live isn't responding to data requests from Frontier. They are working on figuring out whats going on though. Also all of our Ark balances are safe.
 
Actually, what were are experiencing is a "Beta" version of game-breaking glitches that will occur when Fleet Carriers are released (perhaps even for when the New Era DLC is released....providing you buy it).

So this is actually a good thing. Kind of the "glass half full" philosophy.

What are you talking about? This has nothing to do with FC at all.

Though no one stated it, perhaps those that are mission arx were playing the beta version when they noticed it.
I log into the beta and my total cr's had been cut in half. Freaking out and before submitting a ticket. I backed out and loaded into Horizon. Boom all was well.

I'm on xbox not steam. Game loads up base game and horizons by default. If it is the beta I may just uninstall it and the live version and then redownload.

They were beta testing the Fleet Carriers, maybe they thought it my be a good idea to do beta tests on game-breaking glitches? Maybe they wanted to see how many "bug reports" the Frontier Issue Tracker could handle? From the looks of it, seems like the Frontier Issue Tracker can handle A LOT! 😀
 
Thanks for this. Hopefully explains why I now cannot even use what I have previously purchased in the livery. Want to change a skin on one of my ships and can't now :/

Anytime a developer uses addons/dlc outside of the Xbox store this will happen very often.

I had hoped when they changed their store it would’ve been all migrated to Xbox live but it wasn’t so I’m only hoping this doesn’t become an issue like Crowns for The Elder Scrolls Online. (4+ year issue that still isn’t fully resolved and keep happening over and over again different users similar to Arx issue now).

Never had issues on ESO like that. Didn't even know it was a problem and I have been playing that game for years. Weird.

So you are saying they are using the same servers for FC? Even though they are on different clients, they didn't devote specific servers to the beta?
 
Frontier are blaming Microsoft. Apparently everything is fine on frontiers end and only certain accounts/ regions are affected??? Either way I can’t see my ARX and my Cobra 4 is missing and I can only get into the game occasionally!!
They say it’s because of the way frontier retrieves info from out Microsoft accounts.
 
Had same issues over weekend, go to game management and re install horizons and you'll get your Mk4 back until you log out again so rinse and repeat till it's fixed I recon
 
Never had issues on ESO like that. Didn't even know it was a problem and I have been playing that game for years. Weird.

Its only with an ESO Plus subscription (with some other situation I cant speak to) since xbox one release. In short we pay for the subscription, get charged but have to open a ticket to receive the crowns. After years of this and even some in depth Xbox Ambassador chats, it seems its both sides at fault but more on the Developer side as Microsoft cant actually resolve these issues so in this case if you find that you are still getting this...open a ticket with Frontier Support.
