Missing biomes or environments (or tools to make them) that players want?

I already made a post highlighting the temperate rainforest, complete with pictures that show how hard it is to replicate in Planet Zoo. I'm curious what other biomes, habitats, and environments you guys think should be replicable in the game, that really aren't.

Not saying they should start adding more "biomes" so late in the game, especially since they kept that simple and minimalistic for a reason. But foliage, rocks, and construction pieces needed to recreate them definitely count. Has anyone else been in situations where they wanted to recreate an environment in the game, but found it nearly impossible?

Except desert, it’s really hard to make a convincing Austraiian biome because we have so few trees… even just one more eucalypt would help enormously.

Obviously the Mediterranean forests and shrublands, they are currently non existant. In the map they are shown as European grasslands but then the map is the African savanna (!?) with African weather. Some of its plants and animals are shown as belonging to the temperate biome, some to the grassland biome, and some to both.
