Missing Bulkhead stock?

So I got my secondary account going after the Winking Cat stuff. Got the iCourier and outfitting it with the gained money. Now I noticed something odd. at the station i'm at (tryggvason orbital) there is no stock for bulkheads for the Icourier, but there is stock for the Hauler I used to get out here. is this due to the fact the station does not sell the iCourier?

It's been so long since I had to use other stations than Jameson to outfit ships that I might have forgotten something cruciall here

They'll only sell bulkheads where they sell that specific ship, and you'll only find the Courier in Imperial systems

Incorrect. You can buy imp ships at Jameson Memorial in Shinrarta Dezhra

I know. I mentioned in the original post above. that it's been a very long time since i had to use any other station for outfitting and buying than jameson orbital.
