Just took 3 missions that require handing in at Artsebarsky Gateway in 20 Ophiuchi but when I get there I discover it has no bulletin board. I then scroll through galnet and discover the cerberus plague has shut down station services.
Has anyone else fell for this? Seems a bit silly to get missions to do something and then find you cant complete them.
