Missing commander pack.

I purchased the whole package on the xbox store, but seem to be missing in game the paint packs promised in the package, am I doing something wrong in the game?

Probably stupid question but are you in the right ship? Viper, Sidewinder or eagle? Can you equip the boobleheads?

Not a stupid question :)

But yes I tried the sidewinder as it says on the description for sidewinders, and no no bobbleheads :(

bobble heads? didn't even know that was an optional extra .... [knocked out] .... i just tried to look at paints on my eagle.... just shows goto frontier store or xbox store.... this "firms" becoming a can of worms . Becoming annoyed by this .

Like all games, its a bug, try not to let yourself become inflamed due to the unknown. I'm enjoying the game immensely even though I never got my paints so, I have played all different MMO's all have bugs, all have people inconvenienced by something or other. Peace bro
