Newcomer / Intro Missing Credits

Just logged in to the game for the first time... Was finding it amazing... Great sandbox... Best in a long time..

Then while trying to get my bearings, learned to dock, bought some commodities, would make a profit of an amazing 500 credits!! I travel to another station to sell, but when I sold the minerals, i lost the cargo, and all the credits...

Is this a bug? Should I be staying away from trading?

This is affecting a load of people right now, I suggest you raise a ticket and hope they manage to sort it out.
