Ok, Took a DATA DELIVERY mission. Jumped to the system where the contact is supposed to be. Been futzing around there for about an hour and no contact.??

I have never seen a data delivery with a contact, mine always have a station to go to, have you tried scanning the nav beacon?
I have had several of these. Flying around minding my own business surveying and get a MISSION CRITICAL MESSAGE.
It is a meet some one in some system, drop out with them, get data and instructions on where to deliver it, go there and deliver it, collect the CR.
I futz around another hour. Dropped down and went back into SC and he finally showed up.
