Missing DLC, Frontier at not helping - All tickets are 'expired'

I bought the Premium Edition of the game via steam a while back and have yet not been able to use any of the DLC that it comes with.

I have unticked the boxes, restarted, reticked in the DLC management window. I have verified files, I have re-installed the game, but I can not use any DLC rides in the game, they do show up in the ride listings.

I did create a ticket, but it has disappeared, in looking today I can see.

The first one is a live 'confirming' status report, all the others are expired.

What is the mechanism for 'confirming' a bug/fault, do enough people have to reply?

How can I fix this?

I wouldnt even bother with the horrible issue tracker. Just put a ticket forward directly to frontier support. Youre better off with that than waiting months and months for this to eventually be fixed

Isn't the tracker how you put a support ticket into frontier?

The Issue Tracker is for reporting bugs and issues with the game itself. In order to get an issue to be confirmed, it needs 3 other people (for Planet games) to comment and say they can reproduce the issue. This has to happen within 30 days (normally)

If you're having an issue with something you've purchased then a support ticket is the better was as intimated by Danny. You need to go to the support site, pick a page like this one here

Scroll down to the bottom, and choose 'submit a request'. Support will be able to help you out.

Thank you for the advice, that support section is terribly laid out, but I have now submitted a request. Thanks for your help.

The fastest way to do it is to do a Search, then click on a page, and go to the bottom. You'll see "submit a ticket".
