Missing 'dot'

Up until last night, I had the little 'dot' in the centre of the screen. It is missing today.
I googled up for a while, but seem to also be missing the option to have the 'dot' turned on.

Controls -> Miscellaneous -> near the bottom, should be option to turn on the centre dot? Theres nothing there anymore.

I need my dot back, lol !

Can't find my thread in the forums for some reason, just typing this to see if I can find it after a response.

The setting for this is at the top of the control bindings, at the bottom of the "Mouse Controls" category, "Show Mouse Widget". You want it set to on.
