Hello, I purchased the lifetime pass way back in summer 2015. I was taking a gander at https://elite-dangerous.fandom.com/wiki/Lifetime_Expansion_Pass, and I noticed that there are some items in the list that I don't have. I seem to be missing access to Shinrarta Dezhra, Iridescent Gleam paint jobs, snowflake and snowman bobbles. Possibly some other things as well. Is there any reason I would be missing out on these items?

one reason would be you're not logged into the account that you purchased the LEP on.
for instance, steam right now likes to log you in under the steam account and you have a decent chance of being someone who did not convert their OG frontier account into a steam account when steam was introduced.
or you did and that conversion messed things up.
though would be pretty odd to be a player who has been in the game since 2015 and you haven't just naturally unlocked shirarta by getting elite in any of the various areas.

Only account I have on PC is through the official launcher, never steam. I suffered a cmdr wipe when I originally transferred my profile to Xbox like 4 or 5 years ago, and this year I transferred it back to pc. I don't think I ever had Shinrarta unlocked. [never went above deadly]

I think when you "transferred "to xbox it used to be only a credits transfer all assets ships sys permits etc were wiped and used too come with a warning to that effect
unless done at the designated transfer window time
same would apply when you transfered back
so my guess would be you wiped them yourself ignoring the then warning's issued

OP didn't mention Odyssey at all. I wonder if that's missing from their account as well...

Shinrarta is unlocked from the start of a new cmdr as standard if you have an LEP. Doesn't matter what level you are. I'd get in touch with support over this
Shinrarta is elite only you have to be elite in one of the three.

i stand corrected i bought the season pass from steam, didnt know about the kick start thanks for putting me straight
in the alpha/beta the galaxy was only 50ly across@ the time
so like solo I could quickly boast "ive been from one side of this galaxy to the other"
I have also gotten considerably fatter since then so I just tell the missus I bought a pass years ago
the old six pack is now a 1 pack special still nothing a few wks assault course wouldn't sort out
if I could be bothered next year perhapse
to think I was using a zimmer frame at that time due to back injury I am now able to run again

Maybe the missing items weren’t part of the offer back then……I became a lifetime member and all I got was this ….er….. cobra mark iv availability.
I rekon the op has sorted the issue by now(9 days ago) what you get for an LEP already coverd in the wiki link I provided in post 14
