As it seems, if you play Planet Coaster 2 via GeForce Now, the settings for „global illumination“ are greyed out. Despite using a RTX 4080, the game keeps telling me that I am not using a graphics card capable of raytracing.
After a rather depressing chat with the customer service, where they keep telling me that the game does not support Raytracing, I am pretty upset.
You told us, that we could play the game at its best version while using GeForce Now.
Please fix that issue.
