I read on the wiki that you need "Friendly" status with Party of Yoru to get an invite to Nemo. I've now reached "Allied" status, but have not received an invite. Is there something I'm missing?
Someone politely messaged me how to bypass this issue. Though I'd share it in case anyone else had issues. Land on Manning Base in Yoru System and the invite mission spawns.
