Missing System Bodies

I was just at Synuefe "le-e d13-78".Initial Scan says 10 bodies but there aren't 10 they are 8.Before someone stars saying that i couldn't find the last 2,i would like to remind you that i have already scanned hundreds of system with the new fss. Also checked left panel in case i "forgot" to scan some unexplored planets. Also exited the game and reloaded. So either it's a bug or it's server problem. If you have any ideas i am all ears.

It says 81% complete.I jumped out and returned and still 10 bodies 81%.Is FD hidding something from us in this system?

Planets are not always on the ecliptic plain, some times they have eccentric orbits, especially true with multi star systems.

I can confirm there are 10 bodies in the system.

Can you clarify me why in the navigation panel there is no unexplored contacts ? When you do the system "honk" and haven't manage to find and zoom the various bodies/signals on the left navigation panel you will see unexplored/unidentified signal source

Just check the system map for unexplored bodies, select them from there, face the selection in SC and enter FSS mode. Then you only need to adjust the scanner to make the body selectable.

If I understand what you're asking, yes I have no unexplored bodies. It says 10/10. If you haven't found them then the FSS should have some 'blips' still showing. In this case it's a good idea to tune to one of those blips and scroll around. When you get close the markers will indicate what direction the body is in.

There have been a few systems I have passed through where the last or last couple planets have all but defied being found. As stated not all planets share the same elliptical plane. One thing I have found quite handy for these situations has been to simply fly above or below the orbital plane for some distance, then slow down and look again. So far I have not left a system with any bodies unscanned.

It is also worth noting that sometimes the blue haze of a body can be particular faint, making these bodies a bit harder to spot.

Nope it wasn't my error. It was "servers" error. No matter what i did they weren't displayed on the left panel.Guess what , today jumping in the same system voila : 2 more bodies on the left panel unexplored.Problem solved better FD fix their server problem.Who know what other interesting things we might miss

Just to clarify and double check a few things here...

You only see Unexplored bodies in the SysMap, NavPanel, etc. if they have previously been scanned and had the data handed in to UC by another cmdr.

Are you 100% sure that this wasn't just a system where someone had only scanned and handed in data for 8 of the 10 bodies previously?

If Zed has been out there, fully FSS'd the system and handed the data in to UC between your first post, and your visit to the system today, then that would fully account for the difference in how many bodies you were seeing in the Navpanel.

The day that i made this thread it was already said that the system contained 10 bodies.

Have you sold you exploration data after 27/12/2018 containing the above system?
