I had 12 titan drives on my carrier, they are now missing, and the titan drive is not even listed in salvage in the fleet carrier commodity market anymore, I have opened a ticket, and seen others are having the same issue, was just curious if this is game wide or just a few.

It was just missing in the market listing last I checked.
I saw another report of this, so I checked mine, and I still have them. Now I'm afraid to touch them though. You are checking inventory, right? Because as of the last patch they are not marketable.
If it is just missing in the market listing, how do I access the 12 I had stored on my carrier then?
I just transferred one from the ship inventory screen to buy the SCOFSD for the Mandy.

Yeah, you don't need to go through the market to transfer stuff to or from your own carrier.
Of course, the transfer interface doesn't accelerate when you hold down the button.. so for large transfers the market may actually be faster.
