Mission Board: All missions not showing all missions?

Hey all,

Just wanted to bounce this by others, to see if they see it too.

I'm taking missions from one faction, so I highlight just that faction for missions. I then look at ALL but don't see any combat missions. Yet when I select COMBAT I see three. Basically ALL isn't showing ALL missions for me - specifically, Combat missions are often not listed under ALL yet are there and able to be taken under COMBAT.

I usually just look under ALL, so I've been missing missions and wondering why there are so few. This explains it, there are missions, they're simply not being listed under ALL.

Anyone else noticed this?

I've just been back to look at this as it bothered me - just not enough to examine the problem closely.
I now see that it's ambiguous. The "All choices" heading is one of a menu of options. The other items show the optional biased rewards on offer for the available missions; if you're trying to promote your favoured faction you would select "Influence" and if you're just trying to raise your own profile "Reputation" would be your choice.
"All choices" will show all the offered remunerations for the type of missions offered, not all missions types available.
Perhaps "All rewards" might be better.

Check the numbers.
Each category (including ALL) seems to have a hard limit of 75 missions. But since ALL is meant to show everything, it means there sometimes isn't enough room and some missions aren't displayed unless you view their individual category.

It has been like this right from the beginning of Odyssey.
Not all missions are listed in all missions when there are too many to be listed.

There were only 12 missions in total for this faction, but I guess that number includes the missions for all factions then?

Regardless, this is a bug if the game isn't displaying all available missions when asked to display all available missions.

For all trying to explain this...IT"S A BUG.Plain and Simple.
Here's an example....I marked one minor faction and it shows 11 in "all" mission tab and when u enter "all" tab there's only seven missions.

It's probably a design flaw.
The programmer who programmed it will say that it's not a bug since it's working as it was specified.
Not that I'm saying it shouldn't be fixed.

If that bugs you, check what happens inside your transactions panel (the one in the cockpit) when you have 20 or more missions. Although 20 is your limit of how many ongoing missions you can have at one time, you can get more listed in the transactions panel if you team up with your friends and get them to share missions with you. The finished missions you receive will remain in the transactions panel but will not count towards the 20 missions limit, and when the total number of missions you have (finished and ongoing) goes over 20, it starts to overflow into the "Claims" section in the "All Transactions" screen.
