Mission board open in lockdown?

Just noticed. Mission board used to be disabled (lately only accepting deliveries) during lockdown, now I am in a station in lockdown and the mission board is regularly open, giving out all missions for all factions, even the one in lockdown.

Yes, it was that way. Now all missions are offered as if nothing happened.

And - I just visited another station in lockdown, and even the commodity market is open!

I noticed that too in several systems. The commodity market was open as well. New behaviour or a bug?

I hope it's actually fixing a bug. Maybe the shutdown wasn't intended.

The 2.2 patch notes have nothing on lockdowns. I remember a discussion some time ago about the lag in the galaxy map that made it impossible to know if a system was in lockdown before jumping to it. Very annoying for traders. Maybe this is a fix/workaround for the lag problem?
