What is the time interval for the mission boards to refresh? Every video I've watched about it says 10 minutes, but I tested it and, for me, it is 20 minutes. Even re-logging multiple times won't refresh it. Has it changed to 20 minutes now?
EDIT: Just tried it again, and it was 10 minutes this time. I took a mission at 16:00, and the board didn't refresh until 16:20. Now it refreshed again at 16:30. So is it random or what?
Based on my experience, the mission board doesn't fully refresh every 10 minutes. It just refreshes some of them every 10 minutes. Eventually, they are all replaced.
The only exception I've seen are Fed and Emp rank missions. They seem to change every time you re-enter the mission board.
