Posted this after searching the forums for similar post, then realised I was in the Xbox1 (wash my mouth out!) forum so thought I would re-post here to see if others are having the same issue (Is it just me?).
Accessing the mission boards is now SOOOO slow, and why is it slow EVERY time, have FD never heard of "Cacheing"? Why can't the NPC pictures be cached? Because it sure looks like there not, and if they are why don't they just pop up instantly on a re-visit?? And even the missions if they are the same mission?
I get that it has to check centrally or even generate new missions but surely this cannot be optimised at present? I did mention or even report this during Beta but I hoped it was the Beta servers being slower and that the live ones might be a bit quicker (but no).
It doesn't even seem to be a load thing, as it is always slow no matter what time of day (In my experience so far).
Apart from this, so far I think that on the whole the missions are getting there. Not there yet, but moving in the right direction.
Still think that some sort of negotiation with would be mission givers is essential (eventually). I only have room for 20 tons, he wants 21 shipped, WHY would he not settle for 20 for less money??
